1. Develop and ensure the adequate implementation of the clients onboarding and account opening process.
2. Liaise with the software developers and project support teams to ensure the development and continuous maintenance of a Client Records Management (CRM) Application.
3. Ensure clients records are adequately maintained and updated in line with regulatory requirements.
4. Liaise with third parties; CSCS Registrars NSE etc to ensure clients records are adequately updated.
5. Build strong relationships with third parties; CSCS Registrars NSE etc to ensure easy retrieval of clients information.
6. Engage with clients and internal stakeholder to ensure prompt resolution of enquiries and provide Client Records Reports upon requests.
7. Develop and ensure the adequate implementation of the clients onboarding and account opening process
