MoranAssistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesInternal - McKinney-Vento and Educational Resource Coordinators (3) Brockton High SchoolThe above captioned position is available through FY26 McKinney-Vento Grant FC310 funding. Qualifications: teacher guidance/adjustment counselor or administrator of Brockton Public with community resources and after school and willingness to learn about the McKinney-Vento Duties and Responsibilities: of Food Pantry activities including: as a liaison between Brockton Charity Guild staff and BPS staff (custodial facilities counselors etc.). CORI completion for all outside/non-BPS weekly food backpack distribution with Charity Guild pantry for emergency situations (fires evictions etc.). with BHS Main office to facilitate quarterly pantry announcements and student email weekly reminder emails to participating BHS Hall Passes to students accessing the accurate data related to food pantry any BHS donations received (food clothing financial). access to clothing closet hygiene items and other items such as books prom dresses shoes existing relationships and actively seek to develop new opportunities for and implement Holiday Help gift drive for families in home delivery of donations to students when and Enrichment Activities: with BHS Coordinator of Guidance and/or counseling staff to identify MV/FC students inneed of additional academic support services and enrichment and facilitate students access to available afterschool academic and enrichment activities including sports/clubs extra-help and tutoring vocational and career and appropriate referrals to community resources and services as available resources services and pantry announcements are advertised and prominently displayed in multiple languages for positive relationships with current partners; explore and develop opportunities for new partnerships and community resource with District McKinney-Vento and Foster Care accurate count of students served ineachservice/activity and submit data report of any changes needed for transportation to accommodate afterschool identified needs of MV/FC students aremet in a timely fashion and communicate any barriers to monthly time logs. Compensation: Up to three (3) staff will work up to 4 hours per week and receive the hourly rate for coordinating activities throughout the school year.
