Job Summary
- Reconciles and deposits daily Service / Parts receipts
- Charge Card Deposits
- Finance Department Deposits
- Reconciles daily Deposits
- Receipts in all funds in Ignite Dms (Reynolds)
- Maintains accurate Schedules and cooperates with Department Managers and customers for missing invoices / refund checks and A/R Statements
- Answers phone promptly or return calls of customers/vendors/managers as needed.
- Handles all credit card disputes / NSF/STOP paid checks as required for collection
- Prepares deposit for Loomis in Safe
- Handles any Petty Cash need requirements
- Verifies Petty Cash drawer at Dealership monthly & yearly
- Assists with any banking needs as requested by Controller or Office Manager
- Pays Vendors in timely manner based on required terms
- Posts Invoices into A/P Ignite Dms (Reynolds)
- Balances accounts per statements
- Rent & Lease payments
- Maintain up to date W9s
- Retrieves any/all missing invoices to be paid
- Cordial and respectful to fellow employees & businesses
- Assists in other directed duties as assigned by Controller
