A Day in the Life of an Engineer I
You are at the forefront of brainstorming creative solutions for challenging projects. You will be supporting and learning from an interdisciplinary team to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure in a wide range of contexts from complex roadway reconstructions and vibrant urban streetscapes to iconic trail projects that celebrate and preserve the natural character of suburban and urban spaces. You use state-of-the-art tools and practices to help create sustainable people-centered multimodal transportation infrastructure.

We are targeting a salary range of $72000 to $82000 for this position.
Work Schedule for an Entry Level Engineer
This full-time position typically works 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home up to 2 days per week (on Monday and Friday). The Silver Spring office of Toole Design is conveniently located close to regional trails and networks with on-street bike infrastructure and just a few blocks from the Silver Spring Metro Station (Red Line) MARC Station and bus depot. The office is easily accessed on foot by bicycle and via transit.
