We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) who will play a key role in providing professional and administrative support.
Position: Personal Assistant to MD
Experience: 0.6 months 3 years
Location: Indore M.P.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and organizational support to the MD.
Manage schedules meetings and communications effectively.
Prepare reports presentations and official correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (Management/Commerce background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
Smart proactive and professional attitude.
