Position:Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: Clarks Summit PA
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm Friday 8am-1pm so you can start your weekend early! No Weekends!
Compensation:Hourly rate range is $25-$32/hr based on your experience.
Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience helping all of our patients get back to athletics work life and the things they love.
Unique Location/Job Details: Diverse outpatient orthopedic center on is looking for a PTA. 2 PTs and front desk on staff. Looking to add a PTA. Diverse patient mix included orthopedics sports medicine neuro vestibular and post-concussion. Indirect supervision preferrred but we will consider the right new grad.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Implement with minimal supervision high quality physical therapy services for patients caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
