Job Summary

Review and process all data entry requests in the Supply chains Master Data management system for product configuration (15 to 30 requests per week)

Review the DOM teams Inbox to address any workorder situation notification requiring investigation and action

Review and investigate any configuration issues (Covance Product Alias or Build of Material Conflicts)

Process and Review missing orders report on a daily basis to reconcile information between systems (Recon Report)

Be able to process order exceptions for workorders that are held in the system and could involve back orders or engagement with Collection Supply for supplies shortage discussions

Cross Functional support of Supply Compliance Administration
