Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities Admin cum Driver
Driving Duties
Safely drive company vehicles for official purposes (staff transport client visits airport pickups courier runs).
Maintain punctuality and professionalism while transporting employees or guests.
Ensure vehicles are clean fueled and in good working condition.
Conduct routine checks (oil brakes tires insurance pollution certificate).
Maintain a logbook of trips mileage and fuel consumption.
Administrative Support
Assist with office errands such as bank visits courier dispatch and procurement of office supplies.
Support HR/Admin team in filing photocopying scanning and document delivery.
Handle small cash transactions and submit expense reports with receipts.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
Assist in managing office inventory (stationery pantry items etc.).
Compliance & Record-Keeping
Ensure all vehicle documents (RC insurance PUC service records) are up to date.
Maintain records of office-related purchases and deliveries.
Support in maintaining confidentiality of company documents during handling and transport.
General Office Assistance
Provide support during office events meetings and client visits (arrangements logistics).
Assist in shifting office equipment or furniture when required.
Act as a messenger between departments when urgent documents or items need to be delivered.
Work Schedule
6 days a week (MondaySaturday).
Flexible timings depending on office and travel requirements.
Overtime may be required occasionally with prior approval.
