Key Result Areas (KRA) Secretarial & Compliance Support Executive
1. Secretarial & ROC Compliance
Assist in preparation of Board and Shareholder Meeting related documents;
Ensure timely ROC filings and compliance under the Companies Act 2013;
Update and maintain statutory registers;
Support in preparation of minutes notices and other statutory documents.
2. Regulatory & Licensing Support
Prepare and coordinate documentation for obtaining/renewing regulatory licenses such as FSSAI Mandi license etc.;
Manage NSDL-related documentation ISIN generation Demat corporate actions and related follow-ups.
3. Documentation & Record Management
Maintain and track agreements compliance records and corporate documents across Farmart Service Pvt. Ltd. and its subsidiaries;
Coordinate vendor related compliances.
4. Banking & Financial Documentation
Coordinate with banks;
Track and manage cheque register and related documents;
Support preparation and safe record-keeping of financial documents.
5. Administrative & Virtual Office Support
Maintain documentation and tracking of virtual office space requirements;
Coordinate with external vendors consultants and stakeholders for compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Company Secretary (CS) and Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) required
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of ESOPs right issues and fundraising processes.
Proficiency in handling FEMA & RBI regulations FLA FCGPR and remittance compliances.
Excellent agreement drafting and investor management skills.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
