At CYCLE were redefining urban mobility for the people who keep cities moving: couriers riders and delivery pros. Our e-bike subscription service combines durable vehicles fast repairs and real support everything riders need to stay on the road.
From Berlin to London Vienna to Amsterdam we operate in 200 cities across Europe providing thousands of riders with bikes built for work not for show.

Your Mission
- Design and validate new revenue models by creating compelling business cases and driving them from concept to execution.
- Lead commercial negotiations with high value clients end-to-end structuring contracts and closing deals that accelerate growth.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that shape CYCLEs strategic roadmap and unlock new business opportunities.
- Translate insights into action by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses that guide decision-making.
- Build and scale strategic partnerships that fuel ambitious growth targets and support international expansion.
- Be the face of CYCLE with external stakeholders - representing us with key accounts at industry events and in PR opportunities.
Your skills and qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development Consulting Project Management or Operations
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Economics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to turn data into clear insights
- Excellent relationship-building and professional communication skills in German & English
- Project management expertise with proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. start-up scale-up consulting)
- Berlin-based or willing to relocate
