Job Summary

Role : Business Analyst (Loan IQ)
Location: Whippany NJ
Duration: 12 months
Experience: 11 years and above only

Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for syndicated and commercial lending processes.
Prepare BRDs FRDs and functional specifications for Loan IQ implementations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders operations and technology teams to ensure alignment with banking processes.
Support UAT defect tracking and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory risk and audit requirements in lending operations.
Provide functional expertise on Loan IQ modules workflows and reporting.
Required Skills:
Strong background in banking and financial services with focus on lending operations.
Hands-on experience with Loan IQ modules and workflows.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in UAT planning execution and support.
Excellent documentation communication and problem-solving skills
