The Associate HR Shared Services Specialist will provide comprehensive compensation operations support to the Executive Compensation team covering both routine and ad-hoc assignments. As a member of the Total Rewards Operations (TR Ops) team this individual will also contribute to entry-level tasks and serve as a backup for ticket assignment management in the ServiceNow system. This position will be a hybrid position in Bogot.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • HR Administration & Support: Deliver centralized HR support across global programs such as Rewards Talent & Leadership Development HR Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Collaboration & Standards: Partner with HR teams to establish and maintain operational standards ensuring accurate transactions and efficient HR processes.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives (Lean Six Sigma) to enhance process quality workflows metrics and system optimization.
  • Solutions & Systems: Identify customer-impacting issues define system requirements implement improvements and lead test plans or configuration activities.
  • Professional Support: Provide tailored support to VPs managers and employees exercising discretion and empathy in sensitive interactions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in Total Rewards Compensation or Payroll
  • Knowledge in ServiceNow and Workday is advantageous
