Globalization Project Coordinator
Help bring Kings games to players around the world!
Do you enjoy solving puzzles connecting people and finding smarter ways of working with technology Were looking for a Globalization Project Coordinator to join Kings Globalization Operations this role youll help bring our games to players around the world by making sure our content is localized with care quality and creativity.
What youll do
- Support globalization projects end-to-endfrom tracking requests to ensuring delivery of high-quality globalized content on time.
- Work closely with game teams and vendors clarifying requirements following up on timelines and helping remove roadblocks.
- Contribute to quality assurance by supporting Linguistic QA and working with senior team members to resolve issues.
- Explore and apply new tools and processes including opportunities to use AI and data insights to make our work more efficient and scalable and share ideas for improvements.
- Maintain and develop reference materials such as localization kits glossaries and style guides to help vendors deliver consistent and on-brand translations.
- Collect and organize operational data to identify opportunities for improving workflows and stronger collaboration.
What were looking for
- Technical curiosity with familiarity in CAT tools TMS systems and a willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
- Basic project management skills with an interest in developing strong organizational and prioritization skills and comfort using tools like Jira or similar.
- A collaborative teammate with a growth mindset who thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment where success is shared values different perspectives is curious and adaptable and approaches change with a positive constructive attitude.
- A good understanding and hands-on experience of working with AI and data to improve processes and decision-making.
- Clear and confident communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
