Under the general guidance of the Director of Membership the Membership Coordinator supports the daily operations and administrative functions of the Members Club. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for both prospective and current members while upholding the brands standards of refinement exclusivity and cultural relevance. The Membership Coordinator assists with member communications application processing event support and database management. As a key point of contact this individual helps foster meaningful relationships with members and contributes to recruitment and retention efforts. The role also collaborates with internal departments to ensure all membership activities align with the hotels overall vision and service standards.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in the creation of sales collateral event logistics and campaign support to attract and engage qualified members.
- Supporting efforts to analyze market trends member behavior and competitor activity to keep membership offerings relevant and compelling.
- Managing the administrative aspects of the membership application approval and onboarding processes ensuring a seamless and discreet experience.
- Maintaining accurate membership records databases and reports to support data driven decision making.
- Supporting social media email and digital outreach initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team to promote membership offerings.
- Providing excellent service to current and prospective members serving as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of member events and gathering feedback to improve overall satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure member needs are met in alignment with Delanos luxury service standards.
- Assisting in vendor communication and coordination to ensure members have access to premium products and experiences within budget guidelines.
- We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
- We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
