We are a global company and our productsincluding mobile elevating work platforms telehandlers utility vehicles and accessoriescan be found all over the world.

You will work with the Modeling and Simulation team using best-in-class modeling and simulation software tools to perform analysis critical in the design of access equipment. Simulation disciplines include: Multibody Dynamics (MBD) Structures (FEA) Hydraulics and control systems. Focusing on one of the simulation disciplines daily work will be cross-discipline to build and verify models run simulations that are the virtual analog of physical tests and postprocess results to evaluate performance as it relates to design requirements. The team is responsible for all dynamics and system simulation activities and assists all platform teams on new product design (NPD) engineering and technology R&D projects. • Building and updating Multibody Dynamic models based on CAD data
  • Performing Multibody Dynamic simulation to evaluate stability loads dynamic response and NVH performance of boom lifts telehandlers or scissor lifts.
  • Perform Design of Experiments and/or Optimizations on a MBD model to meet a series of performance requirements.
  • Modeling structural components using Finite Element Analysis software.
  • Performing static FEA analysis to evaluate stress and strain in structural components.
  • Use results from MBD simulations and FEA models to perform fatigue analysis.
  • Modeling and simulating hydraulic systems to verify accuracy and performance.
  • Performing Co-simulation of MBD Hydraulic & Control system models.
  • Work with and augment custom scripts and/or software to automate model generation or data analysis workflows.
  • Participate in physical testing full vehicles or vehicle components.
