About the Position Position/Specialty: Labor & Delivery RN ((LDRP experience preferred)) Shift: 3x12s Nights 6:45p-7:15a (Manager will consider 4x12s if staffing necessitates) Ratios: 1:1-1:2 Weekend REQ: Every other weekend as needed Is on-call REQ (Y/N): No Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities Yes floating is required to sister units. Important Info: Most of our patients are high-risk Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 years-Experience with L&D and the ability to catch and transition infants after delivery. Years of experience Preferred: 2 years experience First-timers accepted: NO License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license Certs REQ (MUSC only accepts American Heart Association (AHA)): BLS NRP ACLS Certs Preferred: STABLE Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule (Y/N): Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on units needs Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Yes locals will be considered at 10% less than the posted rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
