The key responsibility of the Inside Sales Manager is to manage departmental processes as well as the Steel Structures team. This role is responsible for the teams overall performance including ongoing coaching planning and training.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Create priorities and sales plans for your teams and monitor priorities and KPIs.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to identify and coach challenges.
- Develop and track improvement areas with team members.
- Support team members in training and overcoming dealer objections when necessary.
- Communicate changes to the terms and conditions for team members.
- Achieve sales growth to budget for each product line.
- Partner with the Outside Sales team during the process of closing a sale to foster and grow relationships with dealer partners.
- Communicate any changes in the systems or processes and train teams accordingly.
- Perform regular reviews of dealers including volumes and performance to inform adjustments in sales strategies as warranted.

- Consultative sales approach while cultivating relationships with dealer partners.
- Adaptability
- Attention to detail to catch behaviors and trends prior to becoming an issue.
- Business acumen
- Ability to identify gaps in performance and provide coaching to correct gaps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience leading a sales team
