RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
Training of new employees
Quality control House Cleaning
Employee performance review

Take sales calls book customers - Must be Money Motivated

Customer service Cleaning Homes
As a Manager there will be times you are required to be in the field with a team. You MUST be able to clean better and faster than our teams!

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have access to a reliable vehicle to drive to and from houses. ( All mileage reimbursed )
Must be 18 years or older
Must have prior management experience in leading employees (Cleaning homes to Two Maids standards will be trained)
Eye for Detail/ Attention to details: What sets Two Maids apart from other cleaning businesses is our quality of work we provide
Available Monday - Friday / 6:30am - 5:00pm
Available for an on-call rotation one week a month ( we will go over this in your interview )
Reliable: Our business require 4 very strong Managers to run our business on a daily basis.

We are looking for an Office Sales Manager who is:

Has a high level of integrity self driven motivation and a strong work ethic!
Fabulous organizational skills and time management!
The ability to MULTI-TASK is a MUST!
Must be comfortable taking/making phone calls
Must be comfortable giving/receiving feedback
Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out when the team is in need!
Beyond that we are looking for someone who can bring people together who wants to be a part of an amazing team that is destined for success!
Money Motivated is a MUST - We are only looking to grow and we need someone who is driven enough to help us do so!

Base Salary starts : $50000 plus bonus program as each of our multiple franchises grows revenue.
