The Role: HR Shared Services Specialist Portuguese & English Speaking (Maternity Cover)
As an HR Shared Services Specialist you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.
Youll work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to deliver a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prepare HR-related documents
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
Support HR programs including onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
Bring up complex queries to senior HR team members when needed
Provide administrative support across various HR functions
Collect and analyze HR data to support reporting and insights
Build and maintain strong internal client relationships
Who You Are
To succeed in this role you bring a customer-focused attitude strong organizational skills and a passion for HR operations.
Requirements
Fluent Portuguese & English speaker
3 years of experience in a customer-facing HR role
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP Oracle) is a plus
