Your Mission:
Be the first line of support for our employees and managers solving questions guiding processes and creating positive experiences.
Own key HR moments: onboarding life cycle changes and offboarding.
Keep our HR systems precise and reliable because great decisions start with great data.
Support international assignments and mobility transitions.
Prepare communications and documentation that reflect our culture of care.
Contribute to global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your DNA:
A passion for people organization and making things work better.
Bachelors degree in HR or related area or relevant HR/admin experience.
Fluency in English and a genuine curiosity for global collaboration.
Detail-oriented and discreet you treat data with care and respect.
Tech-savvy and open to learning new HR tools (Workday ServiceNow etc.).
Empathetic positive and always ready to support your team.
