At Kantars Global Research Centre (GRC) in Prague were looking for ambitious detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Project Managers. Whether youve studied marketing business or something entirely different if youre curious proactive and eager to learn we want to hear from you!

Our GRC Team
What youll be doing:
As a Junior Project Manager youll learn to run multiple global market research projects from the initial kick-off to final delivery. Youll work with diverse teams around the world and gradually grow into a confident project leader. Youll:
- Be the go-to person for internal clients and teams working on your projects
- Set up new projects: define timelines budgets and potential risks
- Keep projects on track: manage changes communicate updates and keep everyone aligned
- Work with data: solve issues check quality and deliver insights
- Learn project financials: understand costs and explore ways to save without cutting corners
- Grow with us: after training youll contribute to improving our ways of working and support your peers
Well provide you with comprehensive training a buddy to guide you and access to global experts to help you build your skills fast.
What makes you a great fit
You dont need years of experience just the right attitude and a desire to grow. Were looking for:
- A Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
- Passion for organization problem-solving and communication
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Curiosity about project management research and tech tools
- Ability to stay calm and focused when things change or get busy
- A good grasp of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- A positive open-minded approach and interest in working with people from all over the world
If youre someone who panics at the sight of a spreadsheet or avoids picking up the phone this might not be the right role for you. But if youre up for the challenge well teach you everything else.
