Job Description
- Build lead and grow the Indonesia Packaging Team developing a strong local function to support packaging development testing and long-term capability building at the site.
- Establish robust packaging development processes testing protocols and governance frameworks to strengthen capability and ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end packaging development for projects ensuring packaging is functional cost-competitive sustainable and customer-ready.
- Strengthen packaging technical expertise by developing local testing protocols aligned with global standards.
- Serve as the technical authority on packaging providing guidance problem-solving and long-term solutions to recurring issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Packaging Engineering Materials Science Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Min. 8 years of experience in packaging development or packaging engineering within personal care skincare cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proficiency in English
