This role involves managing daily operations ensuring compliance with guidelines and maintaining high-quality moderation standards. The Team Leader supports the teams performance provides training and acts as the link between the team and management.
Team Management:
Lead and supervise the content moderation team.
Monitor performance and ensure quality standards.
Manage team schedules.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure content moderation follows company policies.
Audit content for accuracy and compliance.
Provide feedback and coaching.
Policy Enforcement:
Stay updated on content policies and inform the team.
Handle escalated content issues and make decisions on complex cases.
Work with the policy team on updates and changes.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare reports on team performance and metrics.
Analyze content trends and suggest improvements.
Training and Development:
Train new content moderators.
Conduct ongoing training sessions.
Encourage continuous learning within the team.
Communication:
Act as the main contact between the team and management.
Clearly communicate updates and expectations.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in moderation processes.
Collaborate with other departments on tools and technology enhancements.
