Lead Bartender

- Assists Restaurant Manager in ordering receiving stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/purees/etc.
- Mix ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar.
- Ensures that food and beverages being served are of high quality and properly presented
- Assists in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems.
- Assists the Food and Beverage Supervisors in training new staff.
- Understands and enforces Utah and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales.
Requirements
- Relevant bartending training and leadership experience required.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Applicable state licenses and/or certificates.
- Ability to resolve disagreements and is respectful of peers and co-workers.
Physical Requirements:
Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.
Hearing writing typing.
Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
