Montu is on a mission to transform healthcare access and were looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a critical domain powering Montus B2B operations. This is a commercially focused area of the business and as such we need someone who can combine sharp product instincts with strong leadership skills to scale it to the next level.
Youll work with the Head of Product & Experience among other stakeholders to set the vision strategy and roadmap while guiding initiatives end-to-end - from discovery through delivery - making sure they hit both business goals and customer needs. Youll also step into a leadership role with two direct reports from day one with strong potential to grow the team over the next 12 months.
Some of what youll be doing:
- Define and deliver the product vision strategy and roadmap for a key domain.
- Translate market research customer insights and sales feedback into commercial product opportunities.
- Lead discovery work in partnership with product designers - from problem framing to prototyping and testing solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering design analytics marketing sales and delivery to launch and iterate products.
- Champion user experience ensuring usability efficiency and customer impact are at the core.
- Measure product performance validate hypotheses and continuously refine.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships influence priorities and ensure alignment with Montus strategic goals.
- Lead mentor and grow a small but expanding product team within your domain.
