DevOps Engineer / Technical Lead – Global environmental & maritime tech solutions
About the Role
Our client an international technology company delivering large-scale environmental and maritime solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer / Technical Lead to support the deployment of advanced platforms in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Deploy configure and maintain applications (installation setup monitoring).
- Ensure overall system architecture consistency and anticipate impacts of changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with development and client teams.
- Design and implement automation scripts/tools (Python Shell) to optimize workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools (Grafana Zabbix).
- Provide technical guidance training and support to team members.
Technical Skills
- DevOps / Systems: Linux CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
- Development: Python (data processing automation) Shell scripting.
- Monitoring: Grafana Zabbix ELK stack.
- Troubleshooting: log analysis dataflow tracking incident resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in DevOps or system engineering.
- Proven ability to manage deployments CI/CD and automation pipelines.
- Strong communication problem-solving and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
