Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 4 years of program project/management experience with small to medium scale project management.

  • Proven experience in process improvement vulnerabilities and risk mitigation and relationship building.

  • Hands on proficiency with Visio for process mapping.

  • Create Executive level PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ability to work with and influence all levels of stakeholders from executive management to individual contributors to drive timely decision-making.

  • Exceptional verbal written communication and presentation skills to all levels of the organization and diverse teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong self-direction and personal accountability.

  • Proven ability to manage tasks end-to-end.

The Program Manager Group Retirement Team Member will support the management enterprise strategic initiatives for Group Retirement through tracking the alignment of OKRs special initiatives vendor management and facilitating process excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Group Retirement Operational Excellence team as Program Manager. This role is pivotal in managing vendor relationships overseeing contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-priority projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process efficiency risk management and a deep understanding of Group Retirement technical systems and business operations. This role will also partner with leadership in different business/support areas across the organization. This position will be a blend of in office and remote work.

The base salary range for this position is $90000-$115000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
