Job Summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development implementation and review of academic policies and procedures.

  • Oversee curriculum design program evaluation and accreditation requirements.

  • Coordinate academic scheduling course offerings and faculty teaching assignments.

  • Support faculty development training and performance reviews.

  • Work closely with students faculty and administrative staff to address academic concerns.

  • Prepare and analyze reports on academic performance and institutional effectiveness.

  • Represent Academic Affairs in meetings committees and external events.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance teaching quality student engagement and learning outcomes.

  • Contribute to budget planning related to academic delivery staffing and learning resources.

  • Identify process improvements and cost efficiencies within academic operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Education Administration or a related field.

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in academic affairs or university administration.

  • Strong knowledge of academic policies curriculum development and accreditation standards.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a university or higher education setting.

  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
