Assist in the development implementation and review of academic policies and procedures.
Oversee curriculum design program evaluation and accreditation requirements.
Coordinate academic scheduling course offerings and faculty teaching assignments.
Support faculty development training and performance reviews.
Work closely with students faculty and administrative staff to address academic concerns.
Prepare and analyze reports on academic performance and institutional effectiveness.
Represent Academic Affairs in meetings committees and external events.
Drive initiatives to enhance teaching quality student engagement and learning outcomes.
Contribute to budget planning related to academic delivery staffing and learning resources.
Identify process improvements and cost efficiencies within academic operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Education Administration or a related field.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in academic affairs or university administration.
Strong knowledge of academic policies curriculum development and accreditation standards.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a university or higher education setting.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
