Job Title: Executive Onboarding (Shared Services)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding process within our Shared Services team. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires coordinate with various departments and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the entire onboarding process for new employees including documentation system access and orientation scheduling.
- Liaise with HR IT Facilities and other departments to ensure all necessary resources are in place before the new joiners first day.
- Communicate effectively with new hires to guide them through the onboarding process and answer any queries.
- Maintain onboarding records and update HR systems accurately.
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements related to employee onboarding.
- Assist in improving onboarding processes and tools to enhance the new hire experience.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials including welcome kits policy documents and training schedules.
- Handle any post-onboarding follow-ups and troubleshoot onboarding-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR shared services or onboarding roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS and onboarding software/tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a customer service mindset.
Preferred:
Experience working in shared services or multi-location organizations.
