Job Summary

Telesales Executive

Location: Vytilla

Salary: per month
Experience: Min. 1 year preferred / Freshers with excellent fluency

Work Timing: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our travel packages.
Explain package details pricing and itineraries for trips to different South Asian countries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
Follow up with interested clients to close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service (preferred not mandatory).
Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
Basic computer skills

Required Skills:

Experience with Travel Systems GDS Platforms PMS Systems CRM Software

Required Education:

Any Graduate
