Job Summary:
The role involves close coordination with clients to ensure timely accurate and compliant payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for client organizations.
Support in salary structuring tax computation and full & final settlements.
Prepare and file statutory returns such as PF ESI Professional Tax and LWF.
Maintain statutory records registers and documentation as per labor laws.
Assist in obtaining and updating statutory registrations (PF ESI PT etc.).
Coordinate with clients for data collection query resolution and compliance updates.
Ensure accuracy confidentiality and adherence to defined timelines and processes.3. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate / Diploma / Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
Technical Skills:
Excel HRMS tools
Knowledge of statutory compliances PF ESI PT LWF TDS etc.
Familiarity with labor laws and related statutory registers
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail
Good Communication
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
