Job Description
Overview:
Part-Time 20 hour per week typically Monday - Friday with hours between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
This position plans for and coordinates for the Partners For Kids (PFK) Family Advisory Committee. Learn more about Partners For Kids on our website.
Addition duties include:
- Preparing for meetings
- Acts as a liaison between FAC family participants and PFK leadership.
- Integration: connect council feedback to clinical/operational decision-making

Essential Functions:
- Plans for and coordinates major organizational initiatives project activities and ensures all tasks are completed on time.
- Communicates project updates and progress to leadership team members and stakeholders.
- Manages project documentation and maintains accurate records.
- Assists in budget tracking and financial reporting for the project.
- Facilitates meetings and ensures action items are followed up on.
- Identifies and resolves project issues and escalates as needed.
Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent education and experience required.
Licensure Requirement:
Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative flexibility organizational skills and creativity.
- Effective interpersonal written and verbal communication required to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Must be able to organize and coordinate multiple project deadlines and deliverables while keeping attention to detail.
- Meeting facilitation skills preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook Excel and Word.
Experience:
Three years of relevant professional experience required.
