Job Summary

Overview:

- Acts as a liaison between FAC family participants and PFK leadership.

- Integration: connect council feedback to clinical/operational decision-making

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Plans for and coordinates major organizational initiatives project activities and ensures all tasks are completed on time.
Communicates project updates and progress to leadership team members and stakeholders.
Manages project documentation and maintains accurate records.
Assists in budget tracking and financial reporting for the project.
Facilitates meetings and ensures action items are followed up on.
Identifies and resolves project issues and escalates as needed.

Education Requirement:

Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent education and experience required.

Licensure Requirement:

Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Skills:

Ability to work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds required.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative flexibility organizational skills and creativity.
Effective interpersonal written and verbal communication required to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
Must be able to organize and coordinate multiple project deadlines and deliverables while keeping attention to detail.
Meeting facilitation skills preferred.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook Excel and Word.

Experience:

Three years of relevant professional experience required.
