What Youll DoAs an
HSSE Coordinator youll support our Health Safety Security and Environmental programs by keeping our teams compliant organized and ready to perform at their best. Youll handle everything from scheduling safety training to coordinating employee drug testshelping ensure that Allied and our clients meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate employee drug screens fit tests and safety-related medical exams.
- Track and schedule safety training certifications and renewals.
- Maintain accurate HSSE records documentation and compliance logs.
- Support incident reporting audits and inspections.
- Communicate with employees vendors and clients regarding HSSE requirements and updates.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the HSSE Manager and field teams.
- Promote Allieds strong safety culture through communication and accountability.
What You Bring:- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in HSSE safety or administrative coordination (preferred).
- Previous experience in a chemical or mining facility.
- OSHA and MSHA experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Knowledge of DISA ISNetworld and L!NK Safety Council systems a plus.
- A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- The ability to travel 1 week a month to sites in Louisiana or New Mexico.
