We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operation team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
- Assist to monitor and manage progress of marine claims (including but not limited to Hull Cargo P&I) to settlement
- Assist our client to provide insurers with all documentation and information required for the settlement of claims and liaise with clients as necessary
- Provide advice to clients on claims procedure
- Provide prompt response to clients enquiries
- Liaise with service providers to ensure claims are properly handled
- Prepare claims reports and statistics
- Attend claims meetings with clients as required
- Work with brokers to render the best claims services
- Work with Centre of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur to drive performance and productivity
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5 years insurance experience preferably in Marine business-related claims handling or related experience
- General understanding of policy conditions and terms
- Excellent organization skills - able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills able to work within a team and negotiate effectively
- Fluent in English and Cantonese Mandarin as language is also an advantage
