DKSH are now hiring an Assistant Manager Client Management to drive growth elevate service and build lasting partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive for business growth via cost effective business plans and operational solutions to meet clients needs
- Manage operational enquiries from clients focusing on operational efficiency service levels process and quality improvementandbusiness expansion initiatives etc.
- Lead the new business onboarding process with collaborating with new clients and cross functional departments
- Initiate and develop business from existing and new clients through rapport communication and regular business reviews with clients
- Lead meetings and negotiations withexistingclients and business partners to pursue business opportunities
- Establish long-term professional relationships withexistingclients and partners to promote companys products and the contract renewal process.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to provide high quality servicesin accordance with agreed KPIs
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chains & Logistics or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and demonstrate in-depth understanding of supply chain operations
- Good understanding of clients industry/business/products
- Excellent client management project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
