About the role
Be part of a busy and collaborative team providing first and second-level technical support for computer systems software and hardware issues both remotely and face-to-face.
Troubleshoot monitor and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network
Deliver high-quality client service managing issues with integrity compassion and timely resolution
Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network in QLD to resolve technical incidents
Participate in the after-hours on-call roster
About you
Current Australian drivers license and reliable vehicle is MUST
Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent IT qualification)
Minimum 3 years experience in field engineering desktop support or IT technical roles
Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices
Good understanding and associated skills in networking.
Must be able to commit to fulltime hours including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
