Shift Pattern: Open Availability
Pay Rate: $36.58 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location
The ideal candidate will have:
Up to two years minimum of mechanical plumbing and electrical experience required.
Previous customer service experience.
The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays evenings weekends and holidays is required.

What will I be doing
As a Lead Engineer you would be specifically responsible for assisting in overseeing and maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facilities in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability to the highest standards.
Assigns and verifies completion of routine maintenance and operation of physical structure of hotel all
mechanical electrical HVAC systems and other equipment contribution to the safe and effective operation of the facility.
Assigns and verifies completion of all routine maintenance on public space meeting rooms ballrooms outlets back of the house spaces and grounds.
Conducts walk-throughs and visually assesses the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the physical structure(s) of the hotel (all mechanical electrical HVAC and name other related equipment).
Assigns and verifies completion of repairs replacement and renovation to hotel property via SAI Maintenance Management System.
Visually inspects quality of work and directs staff and outside contractors in tasks assorting performance and productivity standards.
