Worth Recruiting is working with a successful expanding independent estate agency with offices across Surrey Kent and West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their Bromley team as a Sales / Junior Sales Negotiator.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling applicant enquiries and booking viewings
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Assisting in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting senior negotiators and management with day-to-day operations
• Generating new business opportunities and promoting the company brand

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 12 months experience in estate agency sales or customer-facing roles
• Proven sales ability and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and telephone manner
• Smart professional presentation and articulate communication skills
• Ambitious motivated and eager to progress career in property
• Full UK driving licence essential
