The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee audit engagements from inception to completion ensuring exceptional service delivery
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients building strong relationships and exceeding expectations
Conduct comprehensive audit file reviews in accordance with professional standards and firm procedures
Ensure full compliance with all relevant legal statutory and regulatory requirements
Manage day-to-day client work meeting all statutory deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Drive business development through proposal preparation and client presentations
Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For
ACCA/ACA qualified with substantial audit experience within an established practice environment
Proven track record of leading audit engagements and managing complex client portfolios
Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience in mentoring and developing junior staff
Comprehensive understanding of professional regulations and audit best practices
Exceptional client service skills with a genuine commitment to exceeding expectations
Commercial acumen with clear insight into client requirements and business dynamics
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency with modern accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
