Part-Time HR & People Manager (22.5 hours) Hybrid
Our client: A leading long-established creative consultancy
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a standalone role and loves shaping people culture within a creative SME Our client a respected creative consultancy working with major global entertainment brands is expanding and hiring their first in-house HR & People Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and make a real impact in a friendly collaborative business. 1 day in Hammersmith office (typically Monday or Tuesday) 2 days WFH
The Role
As the companys dedicated HR lead youll manage the full employee life cycle support managers maintain HR processes and help shape a positive workplace culture. Youll partner closely with directors and the Operations team reporting to the MD bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR queries
- Build strong relationships with directors managers and teams
- Keep policies and handbooks up to date and legally compliant
- Deliver HR updates and staff training where relevant
- Support recruitment onboarding contracts and right-to-work checks
- Maintain the HR system and accurate employee records
- Lead onboarding/offboarding processes including exit interviews
- Coach managers on people issues and attend manager meetings
- Uphold confidentiality and support HR projects as the role grows
Requirements
About You
- HR experience within an SME (standalone experience essential)
- Friendly approachable and confident demonstrate colla
- CIPD (or studying) but not essential
- Highly organised adaptable and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Positive solutions-focused and committed to developing the role over time.
