This role requires a proactive results-oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be a key partner to our hiring managers providing expert consultation and developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
- Sourcing: Should good sourcing and sourcing chanel
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and technical jargon (e.g. programming languages frameworks cloud platforms).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming recruitment challenges and filling difficult-to-hire roles.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
