Job Description

**LOCAL TRAVELERS ARE PREFERRED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.

**

We seek to plan design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition process for management exempt and non-exempt personnel.

**Additional Requirements:

**- Demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff in a professional manner.

- Capability to work independently in a dynamic office environment.

- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflict situations effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Basic proficiency in mathematical and computer skills.

- Adherence to high standards of customer service. Functional ability to utilize required computer software applications.

**Qualifications:**

- LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.

- A minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Department with a focus on extensive interviewing experience and demonstrated decision-making responsibilities is preferred.

- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.

- A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Administration Business or a related field is desirable; alternatively a minimum of three years of equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services will be considered.- Candidates must possess their own vehicle for this position.

- A permanent address must be included in the application profile.
