Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Part-time (25 hours per week) Monday to Friday 11am to 4pm CST
Client Timezone: CST

- Strategically search and identify high-quality candidates using Indeeds premium subscription features
- Proactively invite qualified candidates based on detailed job requirements and company culture fit
- Conduct professional screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest levels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between qualified candidates and company leadership
- Manage incoming applications with prompt professional responses and clear communication
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and detailed interaction records for optimal follow-up
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine search criteria and improve candidate quality
- Hands-on experience with Indeed platform and advanced candidate sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal communication skills with professional phone presence for screening calls
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates against specific job criteria and company requirements
- Proven organizational skills for managing multiple candidates and interview schedules simultaneously
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation methodologies
- Experience in construction trades or blue-collar recruitment preferred but not required

Required Skills:
