Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate you will take on higher-exposure cases with partner supervision play a key role in shaping case strategy and work on some of the most significant plaintiff litigation matters in South Florida.

Why you will do:
- Manage and litigate complex high-value plaintiff cases from intake to resolution
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions attend hearings and participate in mediations
- Collaborate with partners on case strategy and trial preparation
- Communicate regularly with clients experts and opposing counsel
What were looking for:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 4 years of experience in plaintiff litigation (personal injury or civil trial experience strongly preferred)
- Strong litigation skills with the ability to handle higher-value complex cases
- Excellent research writing and oral advocacy skills
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to thrive in a collaborative team-driven environment
