Job Description - Associate Inventory Administrator
Location: Raleigh NC 27603
Type: Contractor - Field Work
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $20.22 per hour
Position Summary
The Associate Inventory Administrator is responsible for managing preparing and processing inventory and equipment for AT&T Operations Network Services Engineering and Project teams. This role ensures accurate inventory levels proper shipment preparation and efficient coordination with technicians and vendors. The position requires strong attention to detail reliability and the ability to follow established procedures in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and use of inventory management software.

Prepare equipment for pickup and shipment including FedEx UPS and LTL pallet preparation.

Restock inventory in proper designated locations.
-
Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.

Coordinate with technicians and vendors for equipment pickups and returns.
-
Load and unload trucks as required.
-
Perform scanning data entry and documentation related to inventory movement.

Support operations by processing and relocating equipment for Operations Network Services Engineering and Projects.

Assist with receiving and shipping of goods to and from the AT&T Supply Chain facility.

Follow all processes and procedures accurately and consistently.
Requirements
Skills & Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office email systems and inventory management software.

Shipping preparation knowledge (FedEx UPS LTL).
-
Cycle counting and scanning experience.

Forklift operation skills.
-
Strong communication skills when working with management technicians and vendors.

Ability to follow processes and procedures thoroughly.

Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record (some driving required).

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
