Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00-$19.50 per hour

Position Summary
The Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist supports high-volume print copy mail and document production activities within a professional legal environment. This role is responsible for high-quality execution of complex print jobsincluding deposition binderswhile providing exceptional customer service to legal staff attorneys and executive-level personnel. Duties include office support tasks supply replenishment scanning file services and handling confidential legal documents.
This position requires strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a high-pressure legal setting.
Key Responsibilities
Document Production & Print Services

Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and perform associated copying printing binding finishing and QC tasks.

Execute large and complex printing jobs (e.g. deposition binders) with precision.
-
Ensure convenience copiers are functional; perform daily inspections and basic troubleshooting.

Clear paper jams and escalate to technicians as needed.
-
Perform repair services on copier equipment as authorized.
Mail Shipping & Receiving
-
Sort distribute and handle inbound/outbound mail and faxes; apply appropriate postage.
-
Perform shipping and receiving duties including verifying packing slips.
-
Maintain inventory of supplies and restock copy centers and hospitality areas.
Legal Office Support
-
Handle highly sensitive and confidential legal documents with utmost accuracy and discretion.
-
Answer emails and fulfill client office-service requests promptly.
-
Provide reception or call center support when needed.
-
Distribute supplies deliver completed jobs within or between customer buildings and maintain logs.
-
Assist with scanning file conversion file naming OCR FTP transfers and formatting documents for printing.
Meeting & Facilities Support
-
Assist with conference room and meeting room setups.
-
Perform light maintenance re-lamping and occasional cleaning tasks.
-
May support building occupant moves as needed.
Customer Service & Communication
-
Interact professionally with executive-level legal personnel including attorneys paralegals legal secretaries and project managers.
-
Address questions on job status or feasibility; manage tight deadlines with accuracy.
-
Assist with coordinating off-site projects via BIS or Smart Source.
Additional Duties
-
Maintain meter logs service logs and billing logs.
-
Maintain a clean well-organized work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Site Manager Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager.

Periodic overtime may be required including nights weekends or emergency response.
Physical Requirements
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
-
1-2 years of related work experience required.
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal industry highly preferred.

Strong customer service communication and professional interpersonal skills.
-
Experience with copy/print production in a legal or corporate environment preferred.

Working knowledge of copiers printers and related equipment; basic electronics knowledge a plus.

Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Ability to use hardware/software tools for cost recovery document management and workflow.
-
Proficiency in reading and comprehending manuals documentation and technical references.

Ability to work independently manage shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
