Duration: Contract through 12/19/25 (possible conversion to FTE or extension if FTE role gets approved)
Location: 3days onsite in Plano TX 75024
Travel up to 3-4 times during contract role to other locations (SLC paid) Nashville; NYC; Denver; Vallejo CA

As a Training & Development Specialist youll be at the forefront of a major initiative to implement Microsoft 365 Enterprise CoPilot. This role goes beyond technical deployment; its about empowering our 600 real estate professionals to leverage AI for a significant impact on their daily work.
Youll be the primary training leader responsible for driving the adoption of this new technology. Youll engage directly with teams across our multifamily and single-family property divisions as well as our corporate staff to understand their workflows and identify key areas where AI can boost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Adoption: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on prompt engineering and effective CoPilot utilization. Your goal is to make the technology intuitive and directly relevant to the real-world tasks of our real estate professionals. Youll also create and maintain user-friendly playbooks to serve as go-to resources for our teams.
- Real Estate-Specific Analysis: Work closely with employees to pinpoint and define high-impact CoPilot use cases that address specific pain points in property management market analysis and client communication.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent guiding our teams through the transition to new AI-driven processes. Youll champion the value of CoPilot by demonstrating its benefits in a real-world real estate context.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with our in-house technical team to refine and implement tailored AI features based on user feedback.
- Performance & ROI: Develop documentation and reports to showcase the tangible value of AI. Youll help measure the impact of adoption and ensure our training efforts align with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- A proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs to users with varying levels of technical proficiency. Experience in a dedicated training role is highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience with a strong preference for a background in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for translating complex concepts into clear actionable guidance.
- Adaptable and a skilled documentarian.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and enterprise tools is a plus but prior CoPilot experience isnt required. Your ability to learn and teach is what matters most.
