About the Role
Were looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team. Youll assess clients design treatment plans supervise technicians and collaborate closely with families to help children succeed. This role offers flexibility autonomy and opportunities for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g. FBAs skill assessments)
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals
- Train supervise and support behavior technicians (BTs and RBTs)
- Monitor client progress through data review and observations
- Lead caregiver training and provide ongoing family support
- Collaborate with other professionals (teachers therapists etc.)
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with BACB standards
- Stay up to date with ABA best practices and contribute to team training
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- 2 years of experience with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication leadership and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in various settings (home school community clinic)
- Proficient with electronic data collection and reporting systems
Preferred:
- Experience supervising RBTs or BTs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Environment
- Flexible scheduling - set your own hours
- Weekly case consultation and team support
- Services provided in a variety of settings (in-home in-clinic in-school telehealth)
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for family training may be required
- Physical activity required (e.g. sitting on the floor kneeling standing)
