Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Masters-level Business Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support business operations requirement gathering data analysis and process optimization activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities documentation skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Gather and document business requirements functional specifications and process flows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps define solutions and improve business workflows.

Perform data analysis using Excel or SQL to derive insights and support decision-making.

Assist in preparing BRD FRD Use Cases User Stories and process documentation.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test case preparation and defect tracking.
-
Work with project managers developers and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Create and maintain reports dashboards and presentations for management.
-
Analyze operational data identify trends and recommend process improvements.
-
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
Pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree in Business Analytics Information Systems Computer Science MBA or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Data Analysis).

Basic experience with SQL for querying and reporting.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology SDLC concepts and documentation standards.

Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar project tools (preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: -
Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.

Understanding of KPIs business process mapping and workflow design.

Academic projects or exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (SAP Salesforce Oracle).
