Purpose
Support business operations by delivering HSE and Quality reporting analysis and trends to meet business requirements and compliance obligations. Apply technical knowledge in HSE and Quality to provide meaningful insights from system-reported data enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand activities identify opportunities for data trending and generate insights that strengthen safety culture quality performance and organizational behaviors. Support system management by helping internal users maximize the utilization and value of assurance tools ensuring data integrity compliance with standards and effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Generate HSE and Quality reports to support governance obligations performance objectives and business decision-making.
Analyze HSE and Quality data to identify trends risks and opportunities and provide insights to improve performance
Review classifications of incidents hazards near misses and quality events to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Detect and escalate data-quality issues to the appropriate owners supporting internal controls that safeguard the integrity of assurance data.
Support the creation of dashboards and self-service reporting by providing input on business needs data requirements and informative content.
Collaborate with assurance system administrators and digital/data teams to enhance data collection visualization and utilization across regions and projects.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders (regional HSE/Quality leads project managers digital/data teams) to ensure alignment with reporting and compliance requirements.
Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce manual rework and improve reporting efficiency.
Act as a trusted partner by delivering accurate timely support and fostering continuous improvement in safety and quality culture.
Collaborate with the broader assurance work family to strengthen collective capabilities knowledge and best practices.
What you will bring
Requirements:
University degree in Engineering Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Sciences Data Analytics or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality HSE and/or Data Analytics setting up a Quality Management System.
Knowledge of ISO 14001 ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
Its essential to have a B2 or C1 English level.
